Luxe Pack NY 2026 (also called Luxe Pack New York) will no doubt be an insightful two days for packaging executives, filled with numerous networking opportunities. Held at Manhattan’s Javits Center on May 6-7, the B2B trade show will feature over 230 suppliers from 22 countries. As a bonus incentive to attend, 25% of the exhibitors this year are first-timers, so visitors will have new companies to meet.
“Luxe Pack New York 2026 reflects a pivotal shift in how the industry approaches packaging, not as a finishing touch, but as a strategic, measurable driver of brand value. Our goal is to bring together the most advanced solutions and the most forward-thinking minds to help brands navigate complexity, accelerate innovation, and build more responsible, high-performing packaging ecosystems,” said the Luxe Pack NY team.
The show’s new theme is “Sourcing Packaging that Performs”—and fragrance is a focus. Two standout immersive fragrance experiences are highlights this year. “From Brief to Bottle” by the American Society of Perfumers and “From Scent to Substance” by Material ConneXion will offer an end-to-end exploration of the fragrance journey, from initial concept to final packaging execution.
Packaging must work harder, think smarter, and demonstrate its value at every touchpoint. The conference track was put together with this in mind. The educational program invites brands to move beyond aesthetics and reconsider packaging as a powerful lever for influence, innovation, and accountability.
The speakers are leading experts from various backgrounds, and include Monica Becker, Cradle to Cradle’s Director; Vinita Jayant, Henry Rose’s Director of Sustainability; and Perfumer Darryl Do. The sessions span circular design, conscious fragrance, and the emotional science behind packaging that connects with consumers.
Two award programs will celebrate packaging innovations. The winners of the Dieline Awards will be announced on May 6th at 11 am in the main conference area. Wedge Studio’s Justin Lortie, Design Director & Co-founder, and Sarah Di Domenico, Creative Director, will host the awards presentation. Don’t miss the winners’ display on the show floor.
The Luxe Pack In Green Awards is on May 7th at 11 am, in partnership with Infinity Global. The In Green Awards recognize leading advancements in sustainable packaging. Claire Domergue, Publishing Director of Luxus+, will host the presentation. Stop by the In Green innovation display on the show floor.
Organizers say the Luxe Pack KeepTrack App will “redefine your experience” and make navigating the show easier. It features “Smart Matchmaking” technology, a timesaver that connects you with suppliers matching your interests. The app is available in Apple’s App Store and on Google Play.
What can the app help you do? Scan exhibitors to save their contact information, create a personalized list of your favorite companies from the main exhibitor list, and organize the conference sessions, sorting according to your favorites.
The app also features secure messaging. Make the most of your time at the show by using this feature to schedule meetings with exhibitors in advance. At the end of the show, use the app to generate a Visit Report, which you will receive via email. Share it with colleagues, or download it as an Excel doc.
